Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services of TimberPeak Lake Elsinore Tree Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

Services Description

TimberPeak Lake Elsinore Tree Service provides professional tree care services including but not limited to tree removal, tree trimming and pruning, stump grinding, emergency tree services, land clearing, and related arboriculture services. All services are subject to availability and scheduling.

Estimates and Pricing

We provide free estimates for our services. All estimates are valid for 30 days from the date provided unless otherwise specified. Final pricing may vary based on actual conditions encountered during service delivery. We will notify you of any significant changes before proceeding with the work.

Scheduling and Cancellation

Service appointments are scheduled based on availability. Weather conditions may require rescheduling for safety reasons. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Emergency services may have different scheduling terms.

Property Access and Preparation

You agree to provide clear access to the work area and ensure that all necessary permits are obtained before work begins. You are responsible for marking any underground utilities, irrigation systems, or other hidden obstacles on your property. We are not liable for damage to unmarked utilities or systems.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. A deposit may be required for larger projects. Accounts not paid within 30 days may be subject to late fees and collection actions.

Liability and Insurance

TimberPeak Lake Elsinore Tree Service carries general liability insurance and workers compensation insurance. We are not responsible for damage to property that results from pre-existing conditions, hidden defects, or circumstances beyond our control. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services rendered.

Debris and Cleanup

Unless otherwise specified in your service agreement, we will remove major debris and leave the work area in a clean condition. Some minor debris such as sawdust and small wood chips may remain. Stump grinding services will leave wood chips that can be used as mulch or removed for an additional fee.

Warranty and Guarantees

We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with our services, please contact us within 7 days of completion. We do not guarantee the health or survival of trees after trimming or pruning, as this depends on many factors beyond our control.

Emergency Services

Emergency tree removal services are available 24/7. Emergency service rates may be higher than standard rates due to the urgent nature and timing of the work. We will provide pricing information before beginning emergency work whenever possible.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be resolved through good faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Riverside County, California, in accordance with California law.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
